Champions of Life Banquet

Thursday, November 6, 2008

At the Spartan Manor, New Port Richey, Fl

The West Pasco Pregnancy Center is incredibly grateful to those who join us for this evening filled with celebration of love and life.

Our featured speaker, Fred Travalena.

Fred TravalenaA lot of people know Fred Travalena as an impressionist who imitates actors and current and past politicians, such as Ronald Reagan, Jack Nicholson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dr. Ruth, Bob Hope, John Kerry, President George W. Bush, and others. Many may not know about Fred Travalena the actor, songwriter, inspirational speaker who overcame cancer, or the Christian who fights for pro life causes.

Although he spends a good bit of his time performing, Fred Travalena, the dedicated Christian, is concerned about protecting the unborn from abortion. He sponsors Babies Are Important, a pro life organization that provides assistance to take care of babies, and information on how to lobby the Supreme Court concerning Roe v Wade, the landmark court decision which in 1973 legalized abortion on demand. There are 4,000 to 5,000 abortions in the United States every day. The organization has a website, Babiesareimportant.com.

We'd like to thank all our sponsors including Mark Ulrich of Cherished Moments Video Productions.

All the proceeds from our events go toward offsetting our budgetary needs for program operations and development at the West Pasco Pregnancy Center.

Your sponsorship, contributions and attendance at our events are greatly appreciated and vital to the continued success in providing services to the women and families of the West Pasco area.
